Bar Tabs

A bar tab allows you to pre-select beverages and set a nominated spending limit for your event, giving you control over both the drink selection and overall budget. Your guests can enjoy a seamless bar experience, with drinks served up to the agreed limit. If preferred, the tab can be managed under one account or tracked across multiple payments during the event. Once the nominated limit has been reached, you may choose to extend the tab, adjust the selection, or transition to a cash bar for the remainder of the event. Please note that if a minimum spend applies and is not met, the remaining balance will be payable by the host.

Drinks on Consumption

Drinks on consumption offer a flexible option where you are charged only for the beverages your guests purchase during the event. There is no set package or minimum spend required, making it ideal for more casual or shorter gatherings. Drinks can also be organised and set up within your function area for convenience, and replenished throughout the event as needed. A running total can be maintained during the event, with a final bill provided based on actual consumption.
