Is an Early Bird Offer available?
Yes! Book your Christmas function before 30 September 2026 to take advantage of our Early Bird Offer. Contact our Functions Team for full details, eligibility and terms and conditions.
Do you host corporate Christmas parties?
Absolutely. We welcome businesses of all sizes, from small team lunches to large end-of-year celebrations. Our flexible function spaces, festive menus and convenient Mascot location make SSGAC the perfect venue for your corporate Christmas party.
When should I book my Christmas party?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for November and December weekends. Popular dates fill quickly, so securing your booking early gives you the best choice of dates and times.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We can accommodate all dietary requirements, please let our Functions Team know when making your booking.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
We offer a variety of function spaces suitable for intimate gatherings through to larger Christmas celebrations. Our team can recommend the best space based on your guest numbers.
Can I decorate the room?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring decorations (no glitter) to personalise your event. Please discuss your plans with our Functions Team beforehand so we can ensure everything runs smoothly.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests attending Christmas functions.
Can we have a bar tab?
Yes. We offer flexible bar tab options and can tailor beverage arrangements to suit your event and budget.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own celebration cake. Please speak with our Functions Team when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
