Every $50 spent at the restaurant or bar is an entry. Drawn live at the Members Christmas Party.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility & Entry
- Entrant must be a current financial member of GAC.
- Entries are earned via any single transaction of $50 or more on food and/or beverage purchased from the club's restaurant or bar.
- There is no limit on entries — every qualifying $50+ transaction earns a separate entry.
- Entry period: 10:00am Wednesday 1 October 2026 – 11:59pm Tuesday 15 December 2026.
- Employees of the club, and their immediate family, are not eligible to enter.
How Entries Are Recorded
- Entries are recorded through the point of sale system at the time of purchase.
- Members must present their membership card at the time of purchase to be entered.
- The club is not liable for entries not recorded due to failure to present a membership card.
The Draw
- The draw will take place at the Members Christmas Party on Wednesday 16 December 2026.
- The winner will be selected at random by management.
- The winner will be contacted by phone.
The Prize
- 7 nights' accommodation only, in 2-bedroom accommodation, at Riverside, Seaside or Haven Holiday Resorts (Urunga, Fingal Bay, or Sussex Inlet).
- Accommodation only — travel, meals and all other costs are the winner's responsibility.
- The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- The holiday must be taken before 31 August 2028.
General
- The club's decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
- The club reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances require, subject to notifying members.
- Entry details are used only to run the promotion and contact the winner, in accordance with the club's privacy policy.
