Christmas Early Bird Offer – Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the South Sydney Graphic Arts Club Christmas Early Bird Promotion.

1. Promotion

Book and pay the required 50% deposit by 30 September 2026 for a Christmas function of 30 or more guests and receive:

  • One complimentary glass of house sparkling wine on arrival for each guest.
  • One (1) $100 Dining Voucher for the booking organiser.
  • The Premium Drinks Package for $45 per guest (normally $55 per guest).

2. Eligibility

  • Offer is valid for new Christmas function bookings only.
  • Minimum booking of 30 guests.
  • Offer applies to Christmas functions held during November and December 2026.
  • Available on both Christmas Set Menu packages.
  • A 50% deposit must be paid by 30 September 2026 to qualify.
  • Offer is subject to availability.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all Christmas function bookings.
  • Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the function date will generally receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations received within 21 days of the function date may result in forfeiture of part or all of the deposit at the Club's discretion.
  • Changes to guest numbers after confirmation may affect final pricing and are subject to the Club's standard Function Booking Terms & Conditions.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

4. Dining Voucher

  • One (1) $100 Dining Voucher will be issued per eligible booking.
  • The voucher is valid from 1 January 2027 until 31 March 2027.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed during the Christmas function booking.
  • The voucher is not redeemable for cash.
  • The voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
  • Lost, stolen or expired vouchers will not be replaced.

5. Complimentary Sparkling Wine

  • One complimentary glass of house sparkling wine will be provided to each guest on arrival.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements apply.
  • Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive an alcoholic beverage.
  • A non-alcoholic alternative may be offered at the Club's discretion.

6. Premium Drinks Package

  • The discounted Premium Drinks Package is available only with eligible Christmas function bookings.
  • The discounted package cannot be combined with any other beverage promotion unless approved by the Club.

7. General Conditions

  • This offer is available for a limited time only.
  • The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other product or service.
  • The Club reserves the right to substitute promotional inclusions with items of equal value if required.
  • The Club reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • The Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where circumstances require, including but not limited to safety concerns, venue capacity limits, licensing requirements or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • All function bookings remain subject to the South Sydney Graphic Arts Club's standard Function Booking Terms & Conditions.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond the Club's reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, supplier issues, industrial action or other force majeure events, the Club reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel bookings where necessary.
  • By paying the required deposit, the organiser acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
